Meet your Therapist.
Amanda Alfaro, LMFT #106125
Rooted Soul Therapy grew out of a deep passion to unlock an understanding of how we tick. I've learned over the years, through my own experiences and witnessing that of others, that the power of our relationship with pain is centerfold to living a balanced life. I am drawn from within to help people walk their journey while feeling deeply seen and heard when it feels most impossible.
As a therapist, I most love working alongside those willing to explore their life with the goal of achieving better (and honest) self-understanding. Therapy can be a space for you to shed weighted layers of unresolved pain & step into grounded knowing; I'd like to guide you in discovering new ways to make that happen by asking hard questions with a soft heart.
As a fellow human, I believe in the power of open conversations, connection through vulnerability & honest relationships - the most important one being with yourself. Together we can work to explore all opportunities for growth in your life, and discover your best.. true (& rooted) self.
How will therapy with you help me?
Developing a deeper understanding of yourself & overall awareness
Learning new ways to be in relationship with & manage anxiety healthily
Growing your ability to process uncomfortable emotions
Changing old behavior patterns and developing healthier ones
Decreasing the negative impact stress and anxiety have on your life & relationships
Discovering new ways to grow connection with others
Improving your self-esteem and boosting self-confidence
Rooted Soul Therapy is right for anyone looking to get the most out of their life by creating greater self-awareness, growing accountability, and working toward conscious & intentional change in their lives.
